Thoughts on TinyURL:

TinyURL is great! The fact that you can cut a giant url into a "tiny" url makes twitter a breeze when it comes to sharing links AND providing a brief description of what you are sharing. I actually would prefer to use Ow.ly however because it provides even shorter urls.

Thoughts on YouSendIt:

This is a great thing to use if you have trouble sending large files via email. I really like how YouSendIt emails you a receipt containing a persistent link to the download. I thought that was wonderful considering I could then forward that link to a bunch of other poeple so they could download the same file, and I don't have to waste time uploading it again!
